What methods are used in teeth whitening?

Internal whitening, known as Internal Bleaching, is done by whitening the teeth from the inside out. After removing the pulp with the help of root canal treatment, sodium perborate is placed inside the tooth and the related chemical is expected to dissolve and whiten the teeth.
Laser teeth whitening is also a frequently preferred, effective and fast whitening type. Is teeth whitening a painful procedure?

Is teeth whitening permanent?
Situations such as taking the necessary care of the teeth and not repeating harmful habits ensure that teeth whitening is permanent for a very long time. However, in cases where eating and drinking are not considered, yellowing and staining of the teeth may occur again. Especially after the first week of the procedure, the consumption of extremely hot-cold foods should be avoided. Oral care, which is the most important condition of dental health, should not be interrupted after teeth whitening, and coloring foods should be avoided.
